LISTSERV is available for Windows 7, 2008, Vista, 2003, XP; Unix: AIX (PowerPC), FreeBSD, Linux (32-bit, 64-bit and S/390), Solaris (SPARC and x64); Mac OS X; OpenVMS (Alpha) and VM.
The integrated F-Secure Anti-Virus system is available for Windows 7, 2008, Vista, 2003, XP; and Linux (32-bit Intel). Other LISTSERV platforms can be protected through the Anti-Virus Station (AVS) service. This virus protection is available for LISTSERV Classic and LISTSERV HPO only.
Supported: LISTSERV 16.0 was built on AIX 4.3. Currently, L-Soft does not provide a 64-bit distribution, but 64-bit support has been tested successfully on AIX.
FreeBSD (Intel)
Supported: LISTSERV 16.0 was built on FreeBSD 5.4.
Linux (32-bit Intel)
Supported: LISTSERV 16.0 is available for kernel 2.6 and 2.4.20.
Linux (64-bit)
Supported: LISTSERV 16.0 is available for kernel 2.6.
Linux (S/390)
Supported: LISTSERV 16.0 was built on glibc-2.4.2.
Supported, tested up to z/VM V4R2: All year 2000 compliant versions of VM/ESA and z/VM are supported. LISTSERV 16.0 has been developed on VM/ESA V2R4 but has been tested up to and including z/VM V4R2. LISTSERV is XA-exploitive and must run in an ESA virtual machine. LISTSERV supports SFS and RSCS, if they are installed.
